Collection: Choyero Collection

This first silver collection was born from my experiences in the Baja Sur region. A territory that isn't just observed, it's inhabited from the core: the silence, the slowness, the harsh light of the desert. There's something in its emptiness that confronts, that invites you to stop and look inward.

The process was slower than in other collections, a reflection of village life where it imbues you with calm. Each piece was intentionally created honoring that rhythm. I used materials close to my heart: silver and, especially, the Trade Glass Beads, which have always been an essential part of my creative language, integrated not only as ornamentation, but as small fragments of history embedded in the metal.

The designs are modern, handmade hieroglyphs inspired by rock symbolism and the roots of the state's native civilizations. They combine traditional techniques, such as chisel engraving—a practice dating back to the primitive period of humankind—with a contemporary perspective. These bracelets don't seek to explain, but rather to leave room for interpretation. Beyond adorning, they aim to convey a material reflection on time, memory, and being present.
