All items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Some exceptions will be made for items that are deemed damaged, but will need to be returned in the same condition received, unused, and with the original packaging (including dust bags) and tags still attached. All merchandise is sold as is.

If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.Pre-orders are only available for certain products. Please allow anywhere from 4-6 weeks for any pre-orders to be fulfilled. We cannot assure we will be able to assess custom-made orders at any given time, but will try our best to do so.
